We really cannot thank you enough for the great job you did building our new home! Our thanks need to start with the home you and your Dad built 15 years ago. In a buyer’s market and with the saturation of new homes in our area, most below our price range, selling our home was a testimony to the level of quality that goes into a Gryboski home. The buyers of our home said it was their intention to buy new, but after they saw the quality and condition of our home after 15 years, they were confident it would maintain its value. The quality of so much of the new construction we looked at seemed to be in question, so our selling experience confirmed our decision to have you build for us again.
You both did a great job of understanding the look and quality we wanted, and stated by presenting a bid that accurately projected what it would cost to accomplish that. As design decisions needed to be made, you understood specifically what materials to select to keep the vision on track. I think this is another area that really sets you apart from other builders. Steve, I always felt that you had a better vision of how to get what we wanted than we did and that was very reassuring.
On a personal note, my experience from being on-site so much during the building process began the good memories brought into this home. The willingness to ensure that every detail was exactly the way I wanted it was incredible. The talent and integrity of the craftsmen who worked on our home is without question. There is not one person who worked on our home that Brian and I would not welcome as a friend.
I hope we live here forever, but if we do ever build again, we would look forward to working with you (or maybe by then your children who take over the business) just as we enjoyed building our first new home with your Dad. Thanks so much!
